My last recharge has not been processed yet and it was sent over 2 days ago I have emailed twice and still no resolution to my problem

We understand what you tell us about the prices but we consider it appropriate to tell you that in Fonoma the prices of recharges are set in USD, in the case of recharges that are paid with EUR, their cost may vary according to the current rate of that currency. These variations depend on the international market, i.e. the USD/EUR exchange rate. The value of the EUR may be higher or lower and as a consequence the price per recharge may go up or down. In recent months, due to the war between Russia and Ukraine, the EUR has devaluated against the dollar, which is why there is a variation in the price of recharges in euros. I remind you that with each successful recharge you make, you accumulate a credit equivalent to 4% of the amount paid for the recharge, which you can use as a discount on your next payments.
