Hola Yorly, Fonoma ayer en la tarde le solucionó el problema de su recarga, le depositamos en su cuenta 24.90 USD los cuales usted utilizó, a la mayor brevedad, para enviar nuevamente la recarga al teléfono de su hija. Desde que nos comunicó la incidencia estuvimos atendiendo su caso, esperando respuesta de los proveedores y así se lo hicimos saber. Usted ayer quedó muy complacido con la solución que dio nuestro equipo a su problema y dejó su constancia por escrito en nuestro canal de soporte. Lamentamos que aún quedando complacido con el crédito adicionado y el envío de su recarga nos puntúe con una estrella. Usted es cliente de Fonoma desde hace varios años y ha utilizado nuestro servicio en más de 100 ocasiones debe saber que somos una empresa seria y que nuestros clientes son la prioridad como le hemos demostrado. In recent months, due to the international context, the EUR has been devalued against the dollar, which is why there is an upward variation in the price of recharges in euros. I also remind you that in Fonoma every time you recharge you accumulate 3% of what you have paid in a credit that you can use whenever you want.
