However, we must emphasise that Fonoma has nothing to do with this situation. Telecommunications in Cuba are governed by a single state-owned company, ETECSA, which regulates prices, expiration and terms of promotions or recharges received from abroad. This company does not receive feedback from third parties such as Fonoma, and has its own service provision policy. That said, and given that we are only a company for sending recharges to Cuba, we cannot offer our customers yearly plans or anything of the sorts, because we can only stick to the terms of the Cuban telecommunications company. The failure was due to the fact that they were applying for the new user promotion and did not meet one of the conditions (the payment has already been used before in Fonoma). However, we have already made the refund to her account and the proof of payment was sent to Maria’s email, as she communicated through our company chat.
