Horrible experience, tried to get austrailian number couldn't. took 2 weeks for them to figure it out, by then it was too late, no offer of refund, partial or otherwise, basically said I should have read the legal page because as soon as I bought it doesn't matter if I get the service, I paid for nothing.

Asked the live chat customers service how the Fair Usage Policy works for the $49.99/month plan and they said they "didnt know", I then asked how do they have a unlimited data plan but dont know how the fair usage policy works for the data? they said that they dont need customers that dont understand how fair usage works... the whole reason I messaged the chat was to learn that. Honestly seems scammy and i read the reviews on here they seem fake as well.

I had issues installing my E-sim and was trying to talk to a customer support agent "anne" on the live chat, she was little to no help and said "we dont need customers that cant even install an esim" and kicked me from that chat with out even offering a refund... i dont even want a refund i just want the service to work.

non stop issues with this company and service providers, im in europe currently and they said it would be full coverage.. i have coverage about 5% of the time and i bough the unlimited plan! anne from support told me its my phone and disconnected from the chat? I have a brand new iphone air...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Worst customer service experience of my life. Anne from support was extremely rude for no reason, I couldnt get my plan to work on my phone (ive used a ton of esims so i know its not something i was doing wrong) So i hit the chat button to get to live support and i connected to Anne... right away they were extremely rude and very short, didnt help me and even just left the chat with out even trying to assess my situation.. this is a major red flag for a company and i dont even believe this is a real service.

Horrible company - I bought the 49.99 "unlimited data plan" and quickly realized its false advertising and they dont actually give you high speed internet, i connected to customer support to talk to Annie to try and assess it - she basically laughed at me and said i should of read the fine print - i was then kicked off of the live chat... i will be charging back this charge.
