I was searching for weight loss drugs online and stumbled across for hers.com I proceeded to answer the questions and set up my profile. I never completed the profile. I never received any medications or any other contact with for hers.com I was charged $450 for services from forhers.com that I never received. I never received medication. I never spoke to a "medical professional ". I never had a consultation of any kind but yet I was charged $450 . I was told by customer service that I should have read the agreement. Never ever ever ever use forhers.com

Nothing works as it should
For the price of this service, I should not have to work this hard. The first issue was when I ordered the service on June one the app assumed I took the first pill on June one so I began receiving notifications that it was almost time to refill after only a week and a half of taking the pill after messaging the AI agent seemed to understand, but I still didn’t get any clarification. The second issue was the physician chat. The recommendation was for an injection which I did not request. I requested the pill. So it took another few days before the prescription was changed to appeal. All that to say is just seems way too complicated for the price that I’m paying. I should not be this inconvenienced then the daily checker doesn’t allow you to update your data for the previous day which seems backwards. It’s asking me to log my sleep and water at 7 o’clock in the morning when the day has just begun when it should actually allow me to log my activity from the previous day missing this functionality, defeats the purpose of having this tracker.

I subscribed to the plan for the minoxidil solution for hair growth. I was charged $175 and they shipped me two bottles. I use the first bottle for a couple of weeks and couldn’t deal with it anymore. It makes your hair sticky and greasy and unmanageable. There is no way to get a refund. Caution and dealing with this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
