The dresser did take quite a while to come in but once it did I felt the delivery went smoothly with quantum. Berenger & Alex delivered our piece quickly and efficiently.
I think there are products are of the highest quality unique. There furniture stands out amongst the competition. It's very unique in design, color options and materiality. In addition, their customer service is fantastic. I've gotten immediate responses to a whole host of questions. And... the staff has been super helpful in helping me find the right furniture for my house. I would highly recommend buying furniture from France & Son! Your friends and neighbors will certainly recognize the quality!
We've purchased furniture from France + Son in the past and have always been happy with the quality + selections. This time was different - I bought a table and after re-measuring, realized it didn't fit :-/ They made cancellation a breeze and helped me find a new table :-)
I worked with Sam - for a return process. He was speedy, explained the process, the timeframe and was clear and made me feel secure in this return. Not only was Sam a happy customer service rep, he offered options for my refund (store credit or back to original payment method). Most importantly, he has a wonderful tone which conveys "I want to solve this for you" and "I will listen to any questions or comments that you have". Not a bad experience at all.
