They do not give you refund. They make it impossible. They want you to ship something back to china to get a refund. They want you to pay for the shipping cost and it cost $100 or more to ship something that’s literally 2 ounces in order for me to get my $25 back.

Very unhappy with the shipping process. It has been close to three weeks and there is still no tracking history. I received an email saying my item had shipped on June 17, which was the day I ordered it. That makes it somewhat suspicious that it was actually shipped that same day. I would not buy from this company again.

Harnesses we're not delivered to my address and although Frenchie shop acknowledged my parcel wasn't delivered they've refused to refund and blocked my emails, Frenchie shop can NOT be trusted what so ever, My case has been taken on by trading standards in order to retrieve funds and fine appropriately.

I ordered a quilted jacket for my Frenchie, which I had previously done several times. This time the jacket was marked with the correct size but was 1-2 sizes smaller than the previous one. I was aware the jackets are imported so the site is dealing with an out of the country manufacturer. Hajar from the Frenchie Shop was very responsive a trying to resolve my issue, but bottom line the sizing from the manufacturer has changed and they no longer have the jacket in his size. Hajar continually provided updates and gave me the option to select another item from the store of the same value as I had paid for the jacket. The site is very responsive to resolve any issues.

The fit was significantly smaller than the size guide on the site suggested. Took another week of emails to get a different size ordered, then another 2 weeks for delivery. So 5-6 weeks after our initial order we received another harness that fit but not well, and it is not adjustable at all. Per their policy they won't issue a refund once they ship a replacement so we simply paid $30 for an unusable harness. Sweatshirt (ordered at the same time as the harness): took more than 3 weeks to receive and the fit was vastly larger than their size guide suggested and the material was much cheaper than expected. Also the color was very different than the pics on their site. After our experience with the harness we didn't bother trying to return and just ate the cost of this as well.

This company is a scam. I bought the CarryPaw Frenchie Side Carry Backpack, size Large, and the quality was horrible. The fabric was very thick and stiff and smelled like tire rubber. I tried to return the item, but they said I would have to ship it back to Guangdong China and that I had to pay for the shipping costs! This is not disclosed on their website at all. They also don't tell you that their products ship from China, so it takes 2-3 weeks to get anything that you order. Big mistake!

None of the clothes I ordered fit my frenchie well- it took so long to ship the rainy weather subsided. We have no use for her outfits. Clothes doesn’t fit like it’s intended for frencie’s mayby med or small dog with a different build. Disappointed.
Green harness was not as depicted on site, supposed to say off white and it doesnt.
