Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the items for their stylish design, efficient heating, and remarkably easy cleaning process. Consumers also appreciate the non-toxic materials, beautiful color options, and responsive customer support when assistance is needed. Some reviewers were not happy with the longevity of the non-stick coating, noting that food started sticking after a few months of regular use. A few other people also felt that the exterior surfaces could stain easily or that the handles and lids got extremely hot during cooking. However, some people mentioned that shipping delays or damaged deliveries occasionally occurred before receiving a replacement.

Too much focus on social media rather than the poor poor quality of the products. Good for a year maximum.

I was told about Our Place after chatting with a family member, so had a look on the website, I was very impressed and actually ordered my cookwear that night. Delivery was pretty quick. And I love my set, I chose spice. I then went on to buy the wonder oven, which is a game changer. I look forward to buying more to add to my collection. 10/10 and I recommend your website to my family and friends

I purchased a collection of pots and pans from the Titanium Collection chrome/gold and I am absolutely delighted with the quality. I bought two frying pans and a selection of pots in various sizes with matching lids. Not only do they look amazing, they work brilliantly. There is no sticking to the pan, they wash beautifully and look fantastic. So much so that I have just ordered another large Titanium pot pro in chrome/gold. I had a couple of questions and the customer service has been exceptional. Super helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend From Our Place for top quality products and exemplary customer service!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you're loving your Titanium Collection cookware and that both the performance and design have exceeded your expectations. We're also glad our team could help along the way. Enjoy your new Titanium Pot Pro, and thank you for being part of the Our Place community!
This pan is a total waste of money. It had lost its non-stick ability within 3 weeks despite following all instructions. I regret buying this as there are many options for this price that I will now have to go and buy. Don’t waste your money
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not been what you hoped for. We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn't perform as expected, especially so soon after purchase. Keep an eye out as a team member will be reaching out to you shortly.
This pan performed wonderfully at first, but after only 1 year and 4 months, food now sticks badly in the center. I've carefully followed all care, cooking, and cleaning instructions, so I'm disappointed by how quickly the nonstick performance deteriorated. My mother's cookware has lasted over 15 years through heavy family use and still performs well. For a pan at this price point, I expected it to last much longer than a year and a half.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear your pan performed well initially, though we're sorry to learn that the nonstick performance has not met your expectations over time. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you've carefully followed the recommended care and cleaning guidelines. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with our team as we continue working to improve our products.

The products are exceptional! Not only do I own several pans, but I’ve bought them for gifts. Every Christmas my daughter gets a new pan or a set. She loves them too. I have come to love the brand. The pans come in many desirable sizes, non-stick ceramic, titanium pro. The surface is great to cook on, I have only purchased the non-stick ceramic and it is a stress-free cooking and cleaning. I love how versatile each piece can be, like the baking pans. You can use for baking or on stove top. They range from cooking for a big group to just a family of 2/4. I keep getting trinkets when they tack on items during their sale period. Recently purchased the WonderPro and i use it a lot more than my previous appliance. It has so many functions and uses. Can't wait to see what else they come out with.
