What people say

Prob wouldn’t order from them again

I dealt with two sales reps over the phone for my purchase. One was so rude and tried to make this harder, the other was helpful. After I paid and waited for delivery, the company they use to deliver called and informed me the dresser would be left curbside unless I paid an extra $179 to have it brought in the house. I feel that for what I paid this should have been included in the price, the “deal” I got from ordering from furniture cart was a wash because of the delivery charge.

Bait and Switch

This place appears to be a dropshipper. They don't actually have any merchandise. I ordered a tv stand. It said delivery would be 2-4 weeks. Six days after I placed the order, since I STILL had not gotten any sort of shipping notification, I called. Fortunately I was able to reach a real person quickly. He said that they were waiting to see if the item was in the factory and they'd contact me when they knew. Twelve days after ordering, I called again. This time they asked me for $150 more for delivery. I bought during a sale which offered free delivery. Why would I now pay for delivery? The customer service agent offered a free cancellation. (The policy is that you have 24 hour to cancel without a penalty. I already checked that when I called the first time). I said that I wanted the product at the agreed upon price. I said it was a breech of contract and refused the refund. He sent a "here is your refund as you requested." This is a bait and switch. They totally wasted my time. If you don't do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it, why would anyone trust you to do MORE business? What would they ask for next?
