I had asked about an order that was over 2 months late so I can have a refund or a replacement. Kelly had replied quickly that they will have a replacement sent out with free expedited shipping, if the previous lost product arrives, I can even keep it and all I needed to do was leave a review on their customer service. FYTOO service is top-notch!
I have been using FYTOO service for years, and have never had a bad experience on quality, order accuracy, service or shipping speed. On my last order, I made an error when entering the prescription and they were very accommodating in helping me fix the problem, even though it was me who made the mistake. Any other company would have simply said: "Sorry, your fault, you will have to purchase again.". Not FYTOO. These guys really look out for their customers!
