If you've been getting your glasses from Costco or Visionworks - as I once was - you might have been pleased to find Zenni, for the cost savings and convenience; but none of the above options provide better quality or selection than the host of better made products, or finer customer service, than FYTOO!

Order glasses on June 18 2026 and was charged same day the glasses were shipped and are on hold at the Dallas TX post office since June 26, 2026, because the package has counterfeit postage, send ane mail to their support address,asking for explanation and no response, also called their phone number and nobody to answer, left name email and my phone number and nothing. This company is a scam, do not buy anything from them.

After 1 month and 7 days I received a replacement pair of glasses. Still I won't order anything anymore from this Company. Their customer service is marginal, if you try calling the phone numbers on their website nobody is available at any time of day or night you call, if you send and email never gets answered the only way I got and answer was when I get them a 1 star rating, for their service (lack of service). Then they indicated that they would reorder my glasses and that please changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating, on my book a 5 star rating is for companies that deliver on time, correct and efficient without the customer having to contact them. So as far as the glasses, they are what I order, so happy with that, but for the rest of the experience is a no go for me. Not a 5 star experience, went to 2 stars from 1 star because I got the glasses I order.

Love my glasses and my daughter did too. Stylish and functional, they even withstood my 5 year old who is very active. My favorite part is definitely the transitions!!! They feel so organic. Would definitely order from here again.

This is hands down the worst overseas based Optical company I have ever dealt with. Since the time I ordered my glasses from this company I have received two other pair from two different eyeglass companies also based in China. This company has nothing but lies to give you and they keep you hanging on with false promises and false reporting on their tracking of your package. It has been a month since I ordered and apparently my package is nowhere to be found. About 10 days into the process I was asked to write a five-star review and they would expedite shipping. According to the Federal Trade Commission This is highly illegal for a business practice. Please do not order from these people read the reviews, the very few that you see that are positive are undoubtedly writing them to get expedited shipping for free. And don't bother calling the number for help because I have called it a total of 97 times, yes I kept the record, and they are never available. They just have a recording that says all agents are busy. I call BS on this entire company and they need to be dismantled and when I'm done with the Federal Trade Commission they may be indeed up for a huge fine just for the fact that they offered a bribe in order to expedite shipping of a product that I've already paid for. Warning warning warning this company is bogus, not representative of the other china-based companies, and I hope they are shut down permanently.

My experience was excellent with Fytoo because there eyeglasses are very unique and stylish. All of my eyeglasses were perfect and love them. Also, if you have a question their customer service respond time is on point and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to other customers.
I’ve ordered glasses from fytoo twice now and have been happy with my experience each time. Recently I accidentally left my glasses in a super hot area and the frame melted a bit, but fytoo offered to replace them no charge since it was within a 30 day period. Olivia has been especially helpful in my re-ordering process. Would recommend !
