I gave one star because I wasn’t able to give a 0 star. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Fytoo for a month because the prescription in one of my glasses lens is wrong. I’ve made several attempts to get in touch with them to no avail. They just won’t get back to me. Their customer service is 1000% HORRIBLE!! The glasses are nice but the prescription is wrong. I will never purchase from them again. They WILL NOT get back in touch with you if you have a problem. Try other online companies. I’ve purchased from other companies and have been 1000% satisfied. Take your money somewhere else. AVOID FYTOO!

I ordered frames in the past and had no problem with the process of receiving the frames. I recently purchased the frames with my prescription and did not receive the glasses. I reached out to let futon know that tracking indicated they were on hold somewhere in transit. There was an apology and response of we will process another pair and with that being said still nothing. Bad experience and poor customer service!!!! The order was placed by my wife.

First of all, the seller was very accommodating when the original pair of glasses I had ordered came up as 'out of stock', Fytoo helped me pick out a better more appealing pair. At all times, the seller was very gracious and kept me in the link. The glasses arrived and I was so thrilled with the pair Fytoo had chosen for me. My own insurance had quoted me $514.00 for just lenses. I have a tricky prescription and I paid less than $200. I couldnt be happier with the quality and excellence of my new Glasses. I was very excited about receiving my new glasses but quickly found that they were different than I expected. The glasses were much heavier and larger than I expected. I tried using the virtual trial and gave some grace knowing that the virtual look is not exact. However, wearing both pair that I received for two weeks my nose was left scarred from the weight of the glasses and I was also dealing with headaches because the progressive lenses don’t allow me to look at anything unless I turn my head completely to see objects clearly or to work on the computer. I have had to go back to wearing my old pair because I can not afford to purchase a new pair. Also, delivery took twice as long to arrive. I’m sure there are many who are pleased with their glasses from Fytoo, unfortunately I am not one of them. Fytoo, Thank you for your response. My latest experience on Fytoo was excellent due to being take care of by customer representative, SUMMER. I was wanting a darker brown lens option for my new pair of eyeglasses that I was ordering. She was nice enough to let the technicians see if they could do it and I was requested to send example examples of how dark I wanted the tint to be. They did it! The technicians applied the dark brown tint just like I wanted, and I am super happy with the new pair of eyeglasses. I just received. Shipping to the United States was literally under eight days that’s incredible!
