I have been a repeat costumer for the past 3 years. They have a diverse selection of frames to accommodate any taste. Their prices are very reasonable, you can purchase prescription glasses for under the cost of frames from brick and mortar retailers, and my formula has never been wrong. The one caveat is that they sometimes pair up with unreliable delivery companies, but their costumer service is so good, that you forget the frustration, as they go above and beyond to fulfill your expectations and satisfaction. Amazing Customer Service! I’ve had such a great experience with FYTOO’s customer service. When my glasses were taking longer than the normal shipping time back in late march, their team was extremely helpful and responded to me quickly. They took care of the issue and replaced my order without making the process stressful. They even provided me with a coupon code to use toward a future purchase, which I really appreciated! I also want to give a special shoutout to Summer and Kathy! When the lens on my glasses broke, she responded to my email very quickly and was extremely helpful with getting the issue handled. Overall, I’m very impressed with how responsive, understanding, and helpful FYTOO’s customer service has been.
