First I was charged $42.07 for phillies glasses that looked very nice in the ad but when they arrived 2 weeks late they we actually $1 store tiny fish bowls with paper phillies stickers on them .they can't be washed or the stickers will come off. I was also charged for package insurance which I never approved. For a refund I need to return the glasses at my expense over $20 with insurance . And since the company has been dishonest so far I may never get my refund and I will be out appro. $70

I have not had any contact or response from them since. Can anyone help me? Tell me what to do? The bank withdrawal was made by genialme Laverne California.
