The jeans are GREAT! High quality and good fit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the delivery and return policy. Delivery was slow compared to other online retailers. There is a re-stocking charge for returns unless you exchange (which I did) but I still got hit for the shipping charge for return. I felt like if I was ordering something else then GA should have picked up the return shipping. So on a $200 order I lost about 10% to shipping

Order to Australia was very delayed then never came all tracking updates showed it stayed in U.S. Second Replacement order was sent back to Good American without any action from me, also tracking shows it never left country.

I got these capri pants in black and white and the waist band is so cheap, it keeps flipping over under the fabric. I used to love Good American but this really turned me off to them.

Really disappointed. I love the quality of their jeans, but apparently everybody has got to be 6 ft tall. I’m 5’7” and have bought two pair of jeans that were both ridiculously long. When I reached out to customer service, the only option they offered me were extremely short jeans almost to the point of being Capri. Not what I’m looking for. I’m looking for a great pair of jeans with a reasonable inseam for people who aren’t models. But I do love the quality of the jeans so I guess to the tailor I go to get them hemmed. Shouldn’t have to do that with a new pair of pants.

I love my jeans. Had to return the other pair because I ordered a bigger size. I did not like that there was a fee to return it, other than that I am happy with the quality of those jeans. I will order again for sure!

SO IMPRESSED!!! I contacted customer service when I didn’t receive my order. They found tracking and a photo of the package on my doorstep. I concluded it must’ve been stolen. THEN they shipped me a replacement pair of jeans even though this was no fault of their own. YES the jeans are fabulous BUT the customer service was absolutely incredible!

There are only 14 days to return . The jeans were $125-$140 and did not look like they were worth it and they ran SUPER small! Stuck with 2 pair .

Easy ordering process, Good American always has quality fabric and the length was good. Im 5'9 and usually select Tall but the Regular length is actually just perfect.
