I got the fallout sunglasses & they met & exceeded my expectations. Great fit & look. I only deducted some points due to the loose nose piece. I’d liked to have had it be a bit more stiff. Overall, 9.5/10, great product.

the service is unbelievable good! I got response in a few hours. the customer service was very helpful and nice. they could impetus the buying experience by adding a VR simulator for the glasses as it's very hard to understand how they will look on someone face. other than that - perfect.

Fantastic Purchase! Came in just in time as the description said! No later! They look and feel spectacular! I got the prescribed pair with clear lens. They work perfect for everyday use and are real on top of getting the right prescription from you and it’s worth every step! These came out great! I’ll definitely be back next time I want a pair of glasses!

Great pair of prescription glasses for Fallout fans!
The shipping notice came after the glasses had arrived. However, despite that oddity, the glass are fantastic. They are lightweight and do not hurt my head. It will take some getting use to progressives (first time user). I love the look, the feel, and all the extras that came with my Vault-tec themed glasses.

The buying process was easy, and being able to upload a pdf of my script gave me peace of mind. The glasses were delivered in a timely fashion and they look absolutely EPIC! I've received so many compliments on them and they fit great (after taking them to be adjusted to my face at local optometrist). I will definitely be buying my next pair of glasses from GUNNAR

2 different lenses but got 2 same
I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses. 1 with amber and 1 with amber max. After waiting a week for them to verify the prescription I wanted and then what seemed like another week, they finally shipped. The problem is that they both have the same amber lenses and not 1 amber and 1 amber max. I emailed the support team so we’ll see what happens. I would hate to have to dispute my charge because I didn’t get what I paid for.

Poor Customer Service
I’m still waiting to get my prescription glasses fixed. Emailing back and forth with a 3-5 day delay between responses is absurd. This could have been fixed with a five minute conversation. There is no way to contact Gunnar via phone or chat.

I have a pair of Gunnar 2.50 readers which work fine reading on the computer. The prescription glasses I then ordered are pretty much useless for reading from the computer and don't really do anything for me as regular glasses. I wasted my money.

What makes this company great is that I've worn the metal Aviator 65 lens for 5+ years, and only after they fell off my shirt (and got stepped on...) did I need to seek out a new pair of glasses. The quality control and material quality of this brand is why I came back, and why I prefer GUNNARs over Ray Bans!

The website has good photos and descriptions but is not organized well which makes navigating a back and forth process. I’d recommend putting each model’s description and specs together so they can be viewed at once. The children’s models should be more clearly grouped and identified. It was not obvious as I scrolled that a oarticular model was still under the child category. It was frustrating to go back and forth especially when I was not familiar with any of your glasses.
