The process was easy getting the medication that I needed. I did a pharmacy pick up so I did have to pay at pharmacy as well online, but outside of everything the medication gave no side effects whatsoever, and i would definitely recommend and use wisp again if I have another trip planned and I know I might need it

Wisp blew me away

Wisp blew me away! I experienced sudden UTI symptoms 48 hours before an international flight and reached for Wisp for treatment after a positive test. I had a prescription ready at my pharmacy within HOURS!!! Unheard of levels of efficiency and affordability. I am so incredibly grateful.

Fast but something was wrong with my prescription and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix it. It ended up taking all day to fix. So I wasn’t able to get antibiotics within a fast time frame. Might as well could have gone to urgent care and gotten faster service

life saver

Just want to start this by saying this is NOT an incentivized review. I had a yeast infection, which I get about once every 2 years or so. I’ve tried the creams, but my skin is sensitive and can’t handle the burn. I gave amazon medical a shot, told the doctor about my bad experience with creams, and they prescribed a cream anyway (can be purchased over the counter by the way, so why would i go to the doctor for that?). Wisp, however, prescribed flucanozole, which my body tolerates well. my prescription was sent over as soon as they confirmed that I was able to receive medication. the process was quick and I actually felt validated/heard. I know it’s often said that those creams are only supposed to be burn a little and you might feel like you’re overreacting if it burns a lot, but you’re not. being extra sensitive down there sucks, especially when you’re treated as if you don’t know what’s best for your own body. don’t settle for invalidating care, go with Wisp.

Saved my vacation and money!!!

Very easy and did not require much waiting. I was kind of not convinced and thought I’d have to talk to a doctor virtually or it would take a really long time or a lot of money but actually Wisp saved me a vacation and hundreds of dollars by effectively giving me what I needed to delay my period for a week! It was quick and easy. Def would use it again

Feel like I wasted money

Feel like I wasted money. It became my responsibility to call around to pharmacies to see if they had a particular item in stock since my normal one was out of stock. I didn't have the time for that, so I just let the prescription go without bothering. Wisp said they would only refund the money if other pharmacies couldn't fill the order. I also probably missed it in the reading but it wasn't immediately clear that I would pay Wisp for the prescription and then the pharmacy to fill the order. So it ends up being more expensive than I expected. Edit: To their response, as I stated, I probably missed the note about the additional fees. The first part of my review still applies. That said, it is what it is—I reviewed based on my experience.

Urgent medication

I needed a medication because my prescribed one from Sweden got lost on my baggage by a flight company. Next day I had it prescribed to a nearbt pharmacy and that helped me a lot. Thanks!

Follow up was poor when medication was…

Follow up was poor when medication was not appropriate length - needed 7 days versus 3 days of medicine based on past experience and prescriptions - Wisp DID NOT provide personal Support - they left me hanging to seek another telehealth provider without retaining me as a long term client.

Warning

I have adhd and so i am predisposed to pms and whatever, also just have worked on emotional regulation in my adulthood so felt I should warn others. Going to a camping festival and thought it would be better than tampons in porta pottys. Wrong. It has been like i am 18 again yall im serious i have been so depressed, angry, tired. Mental fog to an extreme. ACNE bruh im DONE. It honestly wasnt worth it and i will not do it again. Ive seen lots of great reviews and i felt the need to warn other adhd/pmdd people out there. Yes it delayed my period but at the cost of my mental health for two weeks now, even four days after stopping the pill.

Inconvenient; Lack of organization

A lot of back and forth for multiple days. Switched to ‘hers’ and literally had everything completed in an hour.
