This process was super easy and fast, I would definitely come back again. Thank you for being so convenient and quick, my doctor would have taken forever to fill this order! Highly recommend!

Horrible

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. No matter how desperate you are, don’t do it. I had a UTI that I ordered antibiotics from them for. I was under the impression that “oh this is going to be so quick! They will have it to my pharmacy in just a few hours!” WRONG. FOUR DAYS LATER, and nothing. And what’s worse? They are arguing with me, and they are wrong. I called my local pharmacy multiple times a day. “Nope no prescription here!” “We haven’t received anything!” I was miserable. (Ifykyk) So what did I do? I just ended up using the local hospital here, telehealth option through myChart, and within 5 minutes a local provider sent in a prescription. I called my pharmacy, and boom it’s ready within 20 minutes. So, I messaged wisp back….. I paid 65 dollars, for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, that they never received from the ordering Wisp provider. I said “either I want my money back, or I am getting that prescription”. If I paid for it, I expect to receive it correct? They have been back and forth with me “it was sent to the pharmacy” “no it was not” “we will call them” “we cannot refund this as the prescription was sent” “there is no prescription there so how am I supposed to get what I paid for”. I ended up telling them that I had to go through a local hospital here, and within 5 minutes they sent in my prescription (not wisp, the local hospital) I told them I want the prescription mailed to my house then, and I was told “we cannot mail UTI meds” since when??? You have mail prescription allllll over your website? I said “I paid for it, I expect to have a prescription even if I don’t need it. 65 dollars in this economy is groceries for most people, and that just went to nothing?” I was going to drop it, but sorry they pissed me off. They called my local pharmacy, and told me “well it’s been picked up! Hope this helps!” Are you kidding me?!?! I picked up a prescription PRESCRIBED BY SOMEONE ELSE! And they think that’s OKAY? Don’t EVER use their services. Waste of 65 dollars. I work in healthcare (emergency room nurse here) and I WILL be sharing my experience any time I can. Hope THAT helps.

I was in a panic as my prescription needed renewal approval from my doctor and I was about to go on vacation. I received my refill faster than I expected and didn’t have to worry about going off schedule. I was telling my husband that this was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting a refill last minute. The entire process was seamless and easier than expected.

Honestly this business is genuinely genius. I hated going to the doctors just to get strong medicine for my yeast infections and BV this made the process so easy. My yeast infection went away after one pill. I’m so greatful for this business.

Basically got robbed

Basically got robbed. Wasn’t informed there was a charge to get the okay for the meds. Then charged again when i picked up the meds. The insurance didn’t work that they said would work. Complete waste of time money an my sanity.

SO Easy to get my Birth Control…

Wisp always makes getting my birth control easy. There have been a few times where I needed to get it early for various reasons and within a few clicks, my prescription is sent to the pharmacy. I have had it delivered to my home on occasion as well. Just a quick, easy, simple, seamless process everytime. For someone who almost always seems to run into a problem or an issue with what feels like anything I do, this means a LOT!

I do recommend wisp 🥰

I like Wisp because you don't have to deal with complicated procedures, a lot of paperwork, or pointless tasks; it's safe, and they care about your health. They're attentive and respond to messages or emails. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't offer customer service over the phone; I feel it would be very helpful and convenient to be able to speak with a representative by phone.

Amazing Service

I needed a prescription asap but was traveling so I filled out all the information and my prescription was waiting for me when I got home! If I had had to go to the doctor it would have been hours if not the next day and I would have gotten worse

Bad and Oily Base

I've been on this medication for a long time. I switched to the wisp one for cost reasons. It's given me horrible acne since their formulation is very oil and heavy! Would really stay away.
