Heritage was great to work with
Heritage was great to work with. We ordered a part for a Rinnai hot water heater and Heritage did not have it in stock. It took almost a month for Rinnai to send the part to Heritage. However, Heritage was always willing to provide me an update and they sent the part out the same day it was finally received.
Gasket arrived promptly
Gasket arrived promptly. Fair price on the gasket. Rating reduced because I thought the $31 shipping charge on a rubber gasket that weighed less than a pound was excessive. Update: Customer service contacted me and reduced the shipping by half. Much more than fair. I'm happy with the product, the speed I got it and the price.
