I made a return on a wig that was too dark and the credit was put against my custom wig. They were patient with me as I was picky about my color. We worked it out by them sending pictures of requested colors they had and I love my brown wig in the cut of Hawa. I now have 4 wigs from Jessie’s and love them.

I spent quite a bit of time looking through the Jessies Wig website until I found one I liked the look of, I came across one and used the easy to use website to navigate through to the checkout and buy the beautiful wig! I then decided to message customer service to see if the wig could be lightened up, I had a very friendly back and forth email exchange with someone from Jessies Wigs, who were amazing, very helpful and ultimately helped me to create the wig with the colour I truly wanted! They were polite and friendly, knowledgeable and attentive!
I received my new wig not too long after I ordered it and I felt like a child at Christmas, it was exactly what I wanted and the quality of the hair is beautifully soft, initially there was a little shedding but that stopped after a few brushes through!
I would definitely suggest this company after the amazing experience I had from start to finish!!!

I bought a wig from them and it didn't fit. I messaged customer service and they took forever to write back. I told them I wanted to return it and they offered an exchange. I accepted the exchange and haven't heard back from them eventhough I hace sent several emails and messages.

I received a wig last week and I’m very dissatisfied with it, it’s nothing like I ordered from the picture on the website….As their return policy states, they have :EASY RETURNS” with no problems…..I have emailed them
3 times with no response from
them….If I don’t hear from them soon, I will have tocontact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, which I really don’t enjoy doing…..If Customer Service would stop avoiding my emails and act like a legitimate business, I’d really appreciate it….i have sent them everything requested, to no avail, and the phone numbers are not answered…You should be very wary of doing business with a shady company who doesn’t seem to honor their customers….

I currently have 3 wigs from Jessie’s Wigs with a fourth on the way, and I genuinely could not be happier with them. I like changing my hair up often from shorter blonde styles to long blonde styles and I also like having duplicate wigs so I always have a backup hairstyle ready to go.
My first order was around April 2025, and I was immediately impressed. Honestly, every wig I’ve ordered since has continued to exceed my expectations.
The ordering process is easy, the custom cap options are fantastic, and the overall construction of the wigs is extremely well done. I get the 13x8 caps, and they’re breathable and comfortable enough for all-day wear. I typically wear mine for about 12 hours at a time, and they stay secure and look great the entire day. By the end of the day I’m definitely ready to take it off, but the wig itself still looks flawless and stays in place.
The lace fronts are durable too. I usually don’t glue my lace down, but on the occasions I have, the lace held up beautifully without stretching or getting distorted. The blonde colors are also gorgeous.... dimensional, natural-looking blondes that don’t look fake or overly processed.
One thing that really impressed me is the longevity. My first wig was worn about 5 days a week for roughly 9 months before I started rotating my other wigs in more regularly. I took good care of it by conditioning it, using oils, etc., and it lasted about a year before I noticed any significant shedding from the cap. The hair stays soft, washes beautifully, air dries easily, and is simple to restyle and straighten.
Their communication is honestly incredible. They allow customization for cap sizing (for an additional fee), and they’ve always honored requests I’ve made regarding the roots like making them less dark or softer looking. Before shipping, they even send photos and videos of the exact wig they made to make sure I’m happy with it first. That level of service is honestly wild, especially at this price point.
After experiencing some hair loss for a few reasons, I couldn’t really hide my clip-in extensions anymore and decided to start wearing wigs. The problem was that even “affordable” wigs elsewhere were still around $1,000, which absolutely was not affordable for me. Then I found Jessie’s Wigs, where the wigs are actually affordable around $300. I figured I’d give it a try but honestly assumed there had to be some kind of catch… and I still haven’t found one yet lol.
Amazing quality, beautiful hair, thoughtful customization, excellent communication, and genuinely affordable pricing. I absolutely recommend them.

I was not sure about ordering a wig from this company initially as this was my first time ordering from a true wig store. I have been suffering from alopecia all my life and recently the hair loss has just become so significant that I made the leap and bought a wig. The costs of wigs can be incredibly expensive but I was able to find a reasonably amazing quality wig and although it took longer than anticipated to receive it was worth the wait! It took about a month to receive the unit after ordering and the communication about the delay only came after I emailed to inquire about the status. The communication was minimal — poor customer service.
The unit is a decent quality, but much shorter than what was represented in the photo. I will probably not order from this company again.

I sent the piece back and they made me a brand new one free of charge and shipping was also free to send my unit back. Great hair and even greater customer service. Most definitely recommend 10/10. I had such a great experience with Jessie’s Wig. I reached out to them to try and find the right style wig for me and they responded quickly with their suggestions. I got my wig within a week and just in time for my husband’s military ball. The wig was beautiful smelled amazing. It was pre cut for me and it fit perfectly. I've dealt with Jessie's Wig a few times already and each time, their customer service has been excellent. They always reply to my emails, provide pictures to me, always have patience for my many questions and always find the time to answer all of my questions. They took care of my requests. The quality of the hair is very nice for the great price and the hair is very nice and soft. I previously would pay over $2,500 for a human hair wig and I've worn wigs for over 36 years due to Alopecia Areata. But, I found Jessie's Wig and for 1/5 plus the cost, they are great!! I would recommend them.
