To be honest, I was not satisfied with the wig that I had at first due to the smell and the quality of it and I spoke with someone through a email and they did everything they could to make me happy and I received another wig and it was good good quality no smell and I just love it

I placed an order of 2 wigs about 3 weeks ago, according to their website it suppose to ship within 3-5 days. Guess what, it’s been 3 weeks and still they didn’t ship it. Reached out many times to the customer service “line” on WhatsApp up and other than repeating the word dear.. they offer any help or resolution. Terrible experience. I had 2 separate orders but they choose to ship it together- even though it was order separately a couple days apart- but I guess saving shipping cost is more important than making that you fulfill your order within the time frame your promised.

They were very communicative. The wig looks almost exactly like the picture. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the middle part. I thought it was free part as the model in the picture had her hair pulled back in front. The hair is super soft & pretty. Color is very similar to the picture. It did come out of the package weird, but it just needed a little styling. I recommend this seller.

Received my first wig a couple days ago from Jessies wigs. I am very pleased. First thing I noticed is that the hair doesn’t itch. I have 2 other wigs and they both make me itch like crazy when I wear them! This wig does not! I will definitely be ordering more wigs from this company in the future!

I ordered 2 items from Jessie’s , on arrival the fit wasn’t right but also they just don’t look realistic enough for me to keep, too bulky I’ve been trying now for 5 days to request a return and refund, for sizing, style and quality reasons and they are trying everything to delay and avoid processing the request Not impressed at all Update - many days later we are still in a WhatsApp exchange that has moved onto them begging for me to take down this review and then them telling me I have to send the 2 items back to USA costing me £54.99 to do so!!
