Surprisingly fast and accurate!
Found some frames I absolutely loved and they offered prescription glasses. This was done through Lensabl. It was an easy process that was done pretty accurate and surprisingly fast. It would have only been better if I was able to send a picture of me wearing the frames. But regardless they came pretty darn accurate and I’m impressed with the quality so far.

Once I got through the preliminary issues of sending my contact Rx to you via a picture, which I sent several times, you finally received a copy you could read. I did receive my contacts though via mail and all was good. I had gone through the VA online store before and this was different.

Ordered progressive lenses before from this company a few years ago with no issues. Due to a slight change in my prescription, I ordered new lenses, this time paying nearly double for a premium lens. The new ones that arrived did not allow me to read anything without physically lifting the frames upward to my forehead. I contacted Lensabl and they offered to redo the lenses, so I sent them back along with another photo. a couple of weeks later, I received the lenses back. No change. They are the same lenses with the same issue. I wasted nearly $600 as they don't do refunds but their lab can't seem to get it right. Never again.

My first time and last time with these people. I placed an order and then I saw the reviews of everyone who had been ripped off by them. So I contacted them to cancel my order (which they did for a $10 fee) and then they still haven't refunded my credit card like they said they would. These guys are liars and cheats. Don't try to do business with them. it's a losers game.

Been a customer for years. This time they forgot to mail the return label and case so I had to buy bubble wrap and find a place to print a label. Then the order arrived without the cleaning kit supposedly because they want to cut costs. The warranty they sell specifies that it is void if you do not use their cleaner.

Not sure the lenses work for me
Not sure the lenses work for me. My previous pair Warby Parker worked fine, but these are different and can only use when reading very up close. I love Goodr frames so I was hopeful for new reading glasses.
