Lensabl used my progressive prescription for lens replacement into existing glasses a really love. Turned out perfect in every way. Highly recommend this company.
Too much glare
It took a bit long to receive the glasses but that was expected. I was willing to wait due to the price and all I was getting. Seemed worth it. However, now that I have them I feel like maybe the anti-reflective coating wasn’t put. There is a lot of glare. On top of that I feel like I just dont get a crisp clean view. I can see with them so the rx is fine. But I would not buy from here again.

Great selection of replacement lenses. I was looking for the latest Transitions with a blue mirror finish. I could not find it anywhere else. Easy to order and I am happy with the lenses.

It has now been nearly a month since I was informed that my refund would be processed, and I have still not received it. My order was never successfully completed, and despite repeated assurances, the refund for this failed transaction has not been issued. This has been going on since September 2025. This is unacceptable.

Too long to get glasses without updates on progress
Took too long to get my glasses and was not shared updates on a timely basis. Frames are turning yellow on my Iced by Yetis.Do not understan this discoloration that is occurring as I have the same style with sunglass lenses for more than a year and no discoloration.

The best pair I've ever had
The things I heard online about this company made worry after I ordered my glasses. Honestly though it was really easy to place my order and it was like 20days before I got my glasses I think but they fit perfect and look perfect. I love the transition on them and the style. I get a lot of compliments on them as well. The frame I chose was the James Oro Hydras

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I sent some frames to have Rx lenses made for my son. He is a US Marine and needed these lenses in a hurry to take with him on a mission. I placed the order online and put a note in the “comments” section that we needed these lenses fast. Your team delivered! THANK YOU! His glasses are being delivered to me today and I will be overnighting them to Twentynine Palms.
Terrible process, timeline, communication and service from an online company
glasses shipped over a month after placing the order with no communication in between. Once shipped they failed to enter something correctly in ups and the package was returned to them. no way to contact in order to get a response. you just have to email a box that doesn't respond. Currently out $900, can't see, and feel its best to warn everyone to stay away from this company unless it's your only option.

Original delivery date stated 2-5 business days but Will from Lensabl reached out letting me know my order was already processed and should be able to process for next day shipping!! Good lenses. Bad customer service
I filled out the paperwork online, including my prescription and paid. They sent a box which I mailed back on. Nov18. I didn’t hear from them for a week so wrote them. They replied that they received my frames but not the prescription. I emailed the prescription again. Another week and I heard nothing. Wrote again and they responded they received it. With many times going back and forth, I finally received my sunglasses a month later. Customer service responded but only when I initiated an inquiry. I do like the lenses but thought they should have been emailing that they didn’t receive the prescription and the progress that was being made. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would still be waiting.

Lensabl fixed my lenses!
Lensabl took my old frames that had badly damaged and scratched lenses and they expertly created new lenses using my progressive prescription and they did an excellent job! They are better than lenses I have paid triple the price for! I am so happy with them and I get to keep the frames I really like! I will definitely use them again!
