All in all everything went smoothly. Friendly and honest Broker. James was straightforward and worked hard to make my loan work best for me and the terms I wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t get the appraisal value we were looking for. So we ended up with a 30 yr instead of a 15.

Elvis and Kennedy were amazing at the whole loan process. They communicated all the steps along the way. Underwriters were so picky and particular about documents that I almost wanted to just scrap it. But glad we completed. Total time from first phone call to loan money in bank was around 3 months.

I had closing on my loan over a month ago and received my money, however I haven't received any paperwork, title paperwork or any closing paperwork. I have made several phone calls and sent emails to which I get no answers. All I want is my final paperwork because I feel the money I received is incorrect.
