Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that their purchases arrive remarkably fast, often beating the expected delivery schedule while remaining securely packaged. Buyers deeply appreciate the smooth purchasing journey and find that the extensive catalog offers competitive prices for exceptionally well crafted merchandise. People consistently highlight the outstanding build quality and superb overall value provided by these timepieces and accessories. Some reviewers were not happy with certain minor aspects, specifically noting that the watch hands feature disappointing lume or lack sufficient brightness in dark conditions. Others also pointed out minor product quirks, such as bezel tension or component details that could be refined.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Watch arrived quickly and was well packaged. Looks beautiful and look forward to wearing it. Only concern was when I was ordering. Allowed me to have my first choice in cart but it was removed when attempting to purchase as an out of stock item. Guess I had waited a bit too long to go through the purchase process. Just ordered same model difference color.
Getting a partial refund given back to me because the prices lowered a few days after ordering the item has been the most honest and up front thing any business has done for me. A great reminder of why someone should shop with Marc.
Marathon Navigator with Maraglo. Very light and lume is okay. Unidirectional bezel is very Vostok like unfortunately doesn’t seem to be a way into increase the tension. Overall happy with the watch and its shortcomings are no way the fault of LIW or Marc. Long Island Watch service has always been impeccable.
Excellent service. Fast shipping. Watch arrived 2 days earlier than was stated. Package was in perfect shape. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Will definitely order another watch from them. A+++ My discount code didn't apply when I checked out. So I sent them an Email and got an immediate response saying that it will be taken care of.
