My MetLife Pet Insurance app would not…
My MetLife Pet Insurance app would not let me in to enter a claim. When I contacted the company they verified that I had an account but could not figure out why I couldn't get into the app. They did however give me the email that allowed me to make the claim. I still want to be able to use the app -- it's much easier.

1st claim filing and it was super easy & FAST
I've had this insurance for about 6 years and never had to use it, so I was worried but...My first claim experience was amazingly easy! Everything was paid for (except trimming her nails which I fully expected!), so I greatly appreciate that! It was a simple process and extremely quick!

MetLife Pet Insurance is great insurance
MetLife Pet Insurance is offered through my employer. They provided the best options than other companies. When I spoke to the representative, he was very nice and pleasant. He explained everything in detailed. I submitted a claim. It was an easy process and received my reimbursement within reasonable time. So far, my experience has been great. One thing I didn't like, you can't find any plan information online. You have to call to get information.

To be reimbursed takes a little too…
To be reimbursed takes a little too long. The last reimbursement two weeks went by, so my husband called and the said they never received it. My husband didn’t do anything different submitting the bill from all the other times. So he had to submit it again. It seems when we have a much larger bill, it takes a lot longer to be reimbursed. Our monthly payment for pet insurance is always paid on time.
