I changed to MetLife after my company changed the preferred pet insurance vendor. I have not had a good experience from the beginning. We have 7 pets on policies.
Recently, a representative was exceptionally rude in a chat conversation about our policy and coverage. A different representative on a phone call confirmed that the representative in the chat was wrong and worked to get the issues of coverage sorted out.
I still have no feedback about where things landed with the coverage. No follow up. Nothing. Very frustrating across the board. I had none of these issues with the other major Pet Insurance company. Not worth the move.
