I ordered the minitrack system and a lot of it because I’m enclosing my back porch. The kit comes with a spline that is too large to use with the screen I am using and they said there is nothing I can do to replace the spline with the correct size. Do not use if you Intend to use thick pet screening or anything more than the bare minimum.

Some our screens were damaged in shipping. They replaced them and also provided me with screen and tools to repair others that were damaged in shipment and 1 by me the installer. (Me) Highly recommended

Product fit perfectly and they have a lot of options. I was surprised at the cost of shipping, but understand they need a strong box to protect the screen (but I still think it was a little steep). I think the order updates could have been better. I did not hear anything for two weeks but they responded quickly after I sent a message.

The delivery took longer than advertised but once I called they assured me the product was on its way so the customer service was great in that regard. Once I received the screen and installed the first one, the tabs broke due to the tight fit but I was able to install the remaining ones without damaging the tabs. The tabs were plastic and I've only had metal ones in the past so I imagine the platic ones aren't as sturdy. Also, the shipping fee came as a shock... $100 to ship! Although, given the size of the screens I ordered they would've been way more expensive elsewhere so the cost was still less than if I would've bought them somewhere else. Overall, the products been working great so far and the overall cost was reasonable.
