I've never been more satisfied with a product that I ended up NOT using! I ordered a 48"×100' roll of black porch screen. The product came slightly crushed in the box. Could have been a delivery issue, could have been a packaging issue. Nevertheless, Metro Screenworks provided the highest level of customer service that I have ever received. After sending a photo of the damaged screen roll, without hesitation and without further questioning, they issued a refund for the product! Unfortunately, due to installation time constraints, I had to purchase an overnight delivery from a different manufacturer, but I will DEFINITELY use and recommend Metro Screenworks for all future projects. THANK YOU for being a company that stands behind their product, and for providing the highest level of customer service!!!!

Updated: While I had to wait for the brick clips, they arrived and the screen looks excellent in installed. This would have been a 5 star review for the quality of screen and customer service by Andrew. However, my order did not come with fasteners (brick clips). And over a week after being told I would receive a tracking number with the clip shipment, I'm still waiting.

Fast delivery and really great product. I was replacing old aluminum screens, which were stiff, faded and full of holes. Metro screens have flexibility built in, so it was easy to pull them taut over the wooden framed porch. No little pockets of loose screen blowing in the wind. Looks better than when it was originally built. They were a little more expensive than other screens I found, but absolutely worth it. It was the easiest screen installation I've ever done. So happy I found Metro Screenworks online.
