WAY overpriced, bad business practice.
WAY WAY WAY overpriced. I bought a roll of Florida Glass 72 inches by 20ft nearly $300 after shipping. This is one of the standard size rolls they sell. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, I called to cancel it because i found a shop nearby that sold me a 72" x 100ft roll of the same Phifer Florida Glass for only $250. I was told. Sorry, it has already entered the shipping stage.... What!? So, they would not cancel it. It arrived to my home, I called again to return it and was told I have to pay for the shipping back AND they took a 20% restock fee. 20% to put the unopened roll back on their shelf. I would NEVER do this to one of my customers. Why? Because I love my repeat customers. This solidified my decision to NEVER buy from Metro again. I live in a waterfront community and everyone here needs screen all the time. That is how I found Metro. I just informed my 500+ neighbors how I got ripped off by Metro and I provided them with the company I bought my new roll from. Six of my neighbors have already bought a 100ft roll from this other company. Bad business practice.

Perfect answer for screen door
Your custom-made screen was the perfect answer for fixing a screen door where the retractable screen had separated from the glass. The dimensions of the new frame were spot-on, and I fastened it to the door face. Probably not a normal application of your product, 😀 but it works, and it looks good.

Clear view of my garden

Screens made to order based upon dimensions of old screen. Only concern is that I found the tension springs to be more stiff than the original springs. This made the screen frame push too far into the opposite side channel and made a slight gap on the spring side channel.

Missing paint, sloppy screen construction and bent in shipping
9 of the 10 screens ordered were damaged and missing paint. There was no protective wrap between the screens and the paint rubbed off in numerous areas. Additionally, the largest screen was bent again due to poor packaging. The screen frame itself is flimsy metal and the care at construction was sloppy with excess screen material hanging off.
