I had ordered a larger amount of assembled screens and glass panels and this company did a great job. So I went ahead and ordered a screen door, which came missing the entire lower panel and another small part that was required to complete the assembly. They shipped me the missing panel and explained that I was fortunate that they weren’t charging me for shipping.(for a product that was supposed to be in the box). lol. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase the other required materials that were missing. This was a very poor experience and I will not be ordering through Metro again.

My 25 year old screens needed replaced. I ordered one as a "test" -- screens fit great and seem well made. The company also was helpful when I called about an ordering question.
They do a fantastic job with packing the screens for safe shipment. But this does increase shipping costs when you have several different sizes of screens, but worth it I guess in the long run.

The screen I received was very well-made, and it works perfectly for my application (I wanted to block bright light while still letting air through). It was packaged carefully so that it wouldn't get damaged in shipment, and it arrived in excellent condition. The process to measure and order the screen was easy.

We needed a Door Corner Bracket With Screw for a screen door marketed by Jeld Wen. We contacted Jeld Wen and were advised to contact Quanex, the screen door manufacturer. We visited Quanex online and were directed to Metro Screenworks. Andrew Damsgard Cronin patiently worked with us as to determining the correct part needed. The part was ordered, delivered and installed with absolutely no problem. Andrew was knowledgeable and was key to solving our problem. It's comforting to know that going forward if other parts are needed we have a reliable resource with Metro Screenworks and Andrew.

All screens received were sized incorrectly. Company contacted and states no refunds/no exchanges and they will not correct the current screens but suggest I find "someone to do that" for me as they do not. They would be happy to sell me more screens for a 20 percent discount though. That's their recipe for a happy customer.
