I have enjoyed installing the product. I have been disappointed in two things: 1) include a template to install the plastic locks. Alinging them is very difficult. 2) having 1 option of 8’ fabricated sticks was unfortunate. Options of 8’, 12’, and 16’ or 20’ would have been much friendlier to my project. Finally, I could not find under accessories how to order more screws and plastic locks. So I ordered screws off Amazon. Not sure if you sell packages of extra hardware. Though your product was not designed for my space (18’x11’), I was able to make the product work well none the less.

Quick response, web site and ordering easy, delivery on time and the screen was Very Well packaged. Disappointed in the Butterfly latches as they are Extremely loose and don't stay engaged with holding the screen in place.

I bought the draft blocker vinyl and it turned out to be very flimsy. The packaging was missing support on one end causing both pieces to twist. This in turn stretched the vinyl and broke the horizontal support. Unfortunately, when checking out I completely missed the $7 protection option so now I have two unusable pieces of a$425 order. I contacted them and their response is send new support and vinyl based on my photos. I would not recommend this product or make sure you check the additional fee to guarantee delivery. UPDATE Yes the support team responded by sending me pieces to repair your damaged product. I think I probably would have shopped a different supplier had I known you don’t stand behind yours. I will reiterate this is a flimsy product and I would not purchase again.

It’s incredibly difficult to get the pins ordered right, your industry mfg lingo is NOT something a typical consumer can clearly understand, the vertical sides and vertical height makes no sense, look at other screen people’s websites-much easier to order correctly, I’m on my 3rd screwed up order now!
