Love the screen

Love the screen, the only reason for the 4 stars is I used the template to drill the holes for the handle the width was too small for the handle, so now I have an extra hole in my screen.

Screen was made to size. Good quality. Major negative is that I wasn't sent notice online when screen was available for pickup. Had to call several times.

Exceptional service, product, and price.

Three years ago I bought a house with 1990 Pella casement windows--all without screens. Needed were interior screens with mid-length knife/butterfly latches, and not even Pella could supply them. Finally, I found Meto, discussed my problem, and they claimed they could make them. As initially sent, however, the latches were mis-located. But Metro understood their error and promptly replaced the entire order of 12 screens. Now in place, they turned out to be perfect---the quality of the framing and screening are excellent, and the fit is exactly as I had ordered them, to the 1/16 of an inch. The Metro guarantee is genuine, customer service was exceptional, and pricing is very fair. I could not be more pleased.

Customer Service Issues

I am not familiar with replacing a screen so I sent photos of the door frame with a metric ruler against the spliner gap and a side view of the spliner needing replacement against the metric ruler. Metro said they could not help me because they do not respond to photos with rulers. It's not as if you're going to get sued for medical malpractice- it's a SCREEN. If you make a mistake then I'll exchange it. Why does this have to be unnecessarily complicated?

I ordered a big roll of over 100 feet of high performance polyester screen. Very good product, quick and uncomplicated service, fast delivery. In comparison, the materials in the big box stores are low quality, janky, partially damaged. I am very happy with Metro S.! Thanks and I hope this helps others.
