I ordered a group of prints of digital photos, and Mimeo was prompt in delivering them. The quality was excellent. I only wish the procedure to order was easier to access. Every time I use Mimeo I need to take time to figure out how to do it.

Easy to make exact book layout desired. Photo print quality and book quality is superb. Price is fair. Technical support is great. Delivery is spot on time promised. Have used them since they started with Apple Photos on a dozen or so books.

I have been happy with my mimeo books to date however on this occasion I had a lot of trouble editing as apparently my mac version is not compatible with your website version and I had to redo a lot.
apart from that I did find some binding and glueing issues in the last books, perhaps you have changed suppliers but it didn't seem up to the previous quality?
however your online support service is generally very good

Your program is extremely user-friendly. I like you can put photos and/or text anywhere on the page. The only limit you have is the page size. Your processing is fast, even when I do not "rush" the order. The quality of the product received is superior. The first run quality was disappointing but Mohammad stepped right up, sent the PDFs so that we could communicate where the printing was off, offered to rerun the five books, acted as a liaison with the production people, stayed in constant touch with us regarding progress and delivered a run (that arrived yesterday) that was perfect in every technical way. I am a longtime customer that has repeatedly used Mimeo because of your Quality and service. These events have only reinforced my desire to continue the relationship. I started my career in a consumer packaging company as a customer service rep. Years later I became CEO of other companies. I love the quality of the photo books! The product is exceptional. It is the little details that make the books look so professional(covers, spines, layouts). I have made multiple books and I love them all.
However my frustration is that It is difficult to see (preview)the text box info when creating the project and as such I often find an error or two after printing despite trying to check prior to submission (double periods, extra character).
