The book looked good and the user interface for creating the book is very good. I have created several photo books using Mimeo. However, one of the earlier books I created (8x8 size) is starting to fall apart with pages coming out. This is disappointing.

I ordered 3 photo books from them (linked seamlessly from my Mac's Photos app). They arrived promptly with great printing quality. When one didn't arrive when expected, I received great customer support from Ashmir once the AI agent wasn't able to help. Although the options for their book formats are not as robust as the previous iPhoto books, they worked out fine and the linked photo file meant I didn't have to reorganize all the 1,000 photos! Recommend this service.

Simple to create. To get five stars, I would like to suggest if Mimeo could improve the quality of the printed book, ie make the photo sharper in resolution. I do have 48MB photos in the photo book, but they turn out like those 12MB ones.

The photo books are always lovely, but the delivery used to be really quick and good. Now they keep delaying and then leave the parcel in a shop away from where we live despite putting our home address in for delivery. This is the second time that happened. Please tell the delivery agent that this is not what should happen! Please let me know your answer. Many thanks and I look forward to our next phonebook to be made soon. I have created a number of Mimeo Photo albums, it is incredibly straight forward. Using good quality camera's pictures as apposed to phone camera pictures is key. Albums arrive quickly, except on one occasion UPS delayed the delivery. Regular discount codes are very gratefully received. HN

The quality of the product is very good. The delivery is fast which is always appreciated. I would like to see more options for photo spreads particularly when you are looking to organize five photos on a page. Not much choice in the formats offered. My photo books always arrive in tact although the most recent one had been damaged in transit - one corner of the packaging had been crushed resulting in a small dent in the top spine of the book. I was able to bend the worst of it away but that was a shame.
