First experience was very good

Several pictures in my book were turned sideways. Every time I spoke to someone, they were unable to help me get it straightened out. I finally got referred to someone who was able to help me. Even then it took several tries to finally get them back into the correct position. I understand there can be little glitches sometimes. But the thing that was the most frustrating about it, was that I was never able to actually "talk" to someone. ALL communication was done by email, which is slow and takes a long time to respond and get responses. With each person involved, it added a day or two on to the process. Consequently, the book was not completed in enough time to get it to my grandson by the time of his graduation party. If we had been able to skip several people, and communicate in a quicker manner, I might have been able to get it in enough time. I was disappointed and would really question the whole communicating, and "fixing it" process through emails. It's slow, cumbersome, and not all staff understood what to do, so it made it even slower. The slow communication added on enough days that I was not able to get it in enough time for his graduation open house. Since no one was going to be home that following week after the open house, we had to try and arrange neighbors to get the book when it was delivered. I will say the book itself turned out great, and I am happy with it. I am also appreciative of the person who helped me get it right. My criticism is of the process. I just wish it had not taken so long to get it right, so that I could have received the book in enough time.

I LOVE Vimeo PhotoBooks!!

I have enjoyed making the PhotoBooks with Vimeo. The user interface is easy to understand, but with some really nice effects and design capabilities! The final product is amazing, gorgeous photos, text and effects (borders, backgrounds etc). I would say though that photos always look a bit darker once printed, so I have gotten into the habit of lightening up anything that might come off as too dark. The quality of the paper, binding, packaging is all top shelf, and I gladly spend the money on preserving these memories! Highly recommend!!!

The best book for memories

I love these books they are so much better space-wise and I cherish the memories. They take time to put together, but any album would. This is way better than physical print outs trust me. The quality is great too!

Excellent quality, however the product (2 photo books) damaged during delivery on the book’s corners. This has never happened in recent orders.

The books come out great however…

The books come out great however sometimes shipping take a long time on certain orders.

The best quality and easy to make.

I have already created many albums with Mimeo, all in the same format. You can make beautiful layouts and the print quality is superb. Even on the pages with a black background. With other brands you get fingerprints everywhere.

Exemplary customer service support

Fantastic customer service support. Well done team! The uploading of the photos did not work effectively (my error). The team notified me with very clear instructions on how to resubmit the purchase, provided payment codes and followed by via email to ascertain if I needed additional help. Thanks team I am thrilled with the photobook.

Excellent high quality product, pricey

The quality of the end product, as always, is excellent. I am finding the price is getting very high and I might start looking for another supplier with close to as good quality and perhaps a lower price. I also think you should have some sort of loyalty reward program for people who buy frequently (me).

Response from Help/Support timely & always positive results. Wished the photo app would noticeably red flag (or beep) major errors (like heads being cut off of a photo) upon placing the order.
