The shipping lets you down. The cardboard box is always bent and the books have damaged corners. Also the UPS delivery notices always lie and change two or three times and it’s impossible to plan being home for it without losing three days of work. Shame because the books are good but as they are so expensive these two issues are not acceptable.

I'm happy with the photographs but am totally unhappy with the text. When creating this book the type is so small it's hard to find typos and there were many. As a former Composition teacher this is totally unacceptable and embarrassing.
