Worst web host by ALOT
Would seriously encourage any and all people to refrain from using Miss Hosting. Why?
Because they are expensive as hell. And they charge for every single little thing your website needs (things that are normally included). To top it all off they will keep calling you every couple of months to upsell ”new” features that you don’t need (even personal insurance) which is crazy! I’ve told them on multiple occasions to stop calling me with their moronic offerings but they keep calling…
I’m now switching to cheaper and less intrusive hosting.

Hi Joakim,
Thank you for reaching out. We are truly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience with us. We have attempted to contact you to better understand the situation, but we have not yet received a response.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate any case connected to the issues you described.
To address your concerns: we do not charge extra for features required for your website to function. You choose the package that best suits your needs, and there is an option to purchase additional services if desired – but these are entirely optional. The same applies to our sales calls.
We have now removed you from our call list. We hope you will reply to our latest email so that we can clarify any misunderstandings and assist you further.
Kind regards,
Miss Hosting
Used to be gold standard, but now just keeps failing...
I migrated to misshosting for registrar service alone, DNS was free. Now they keep adding 9 Euro invoice for DNS that I dont use, without warning... Not to mention the spam calls they do, using fear tactic to make unwize customer sign up for service they dont need. They even lied to me, claiming my domain was in a hack...
And when registering a new domain, it takes DAYS to get it online, and despite I complained for the past 4 years, the function to update name servers is broken and need manually be done by their support!!
It used to be so good, but now, just expensive and lack of effort. Go to someone else, someone more customer friendly...

Hi JB,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback – we truly appreciate it, even though we’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations.
We’d like to address a few of the points you mentioned:
Regarding the DNS service, we did send out information in advance explaining that our terms have changed and that DNS is now a paid service. It was previously offered for free, but like many providers, we’ve had to adjust our products and pricing over time to maintain quality and stability.
As for the phone calls, the purpose has only been to inform customers whose email addresses have been found in known data breaches. Our intention is to raise awareness and offer a service that helps protect against such risks – not to scare or mislead anyone.
When it comes to domain registrations, they are activated as soon as the invoice is paid. After that, it can take up to 24 hours for the domain to become fully active, which is standard across the industry. We have also investigated the claim about updating name servers and found no issues — the feature is working as expected, and we haven’t received similar reports from other customers.
We’re sorry to hear that you feel the service has changed, but please know that our goal remains the same: to provide reliable services and transparent communication. Your feedback is valuable and will be used as part of our ongoing efforts to improve.
Kind regards,
Miss Hosting Support
Boris at Misshosting helped me within minutes (!) of my email. I had totally forgot to cancel my webhosting package and Boris refunded me, no questions asked. This level of support only makes me come back to Misshosting over and over again.
Mayur helped us out with our DB SQL issue that we were having since some time back. He figured out exactly the root cause of the issue and helped in correcting it. The result was our DB queries started to work again. Thanks!
