I’ve been using Miss Hosting since 2018 on a legacy “Ultimate” plan. Recently realized that spoofed and phishing emails were getting through with zero filtering – even when SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all failed. I contacted support and got excellent help from Dattatray, who really knew what he was doing. He adjusted the spam score, helped me configure MailChannels properly, and communicated clearly throughout the process. But here’s the thing: this level of basic filtering should be enabled by default. Furthermore, the core server stack is lagging behind, running outdated software (OpenSSL 1.1.1w, cURL 8.14.1) and showing little evidence of proper PHP hardening. That’s not acceptable for a service marketed as business-grade. Support is outstanding – Dattatray deserves credit – but the platform’s overall security leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent service 24/7. I had issues with my email in the middle of the night, and 3 minutes after creating the support ticket Pitri responded to me. And after another 20 minutes the issue was resolved and my email was working again. That is outstanding in the customer care!
