I was having trouble with my password and I mean trouble! I had paid the $49 for my subscription and I hadn’t been able to access my account all month long! Well I received a message from Genalyn and from then on I was in her hands. The end of the month was approaching and I still couldn’t get in my account. She worked with me and found a solution. She offered me a 30% discount on my subscription fee to keep me from cancelling. She also deferred my payments until October which was a big help to me because I’m on disability. I was able to get in my account today (just in time) and secure my order for the month. As part of keeping my subscription she promised me the Guasha pro device and a serum for free!! I don’t think anyone could have taken better care of me. She never pressured me to buy anything which was refreshing. Thank you Genalyn! I am really pleased with the outcome of my problem.

Yanie was very helpful by listening to my frustrations and then helping to resolve and getting my program back on track. There were many things that just didnt go right with my initial joining of Derma Dream. More technical and fulfillment issues, and NOT any issues with the professional staff and their help and guidance, as they have been courteous, caring and positve. Fingers crossed the Derma Dream will have very positive results.

Sharmaine was very patient with me and always very polite. I explained that I can't use anything with hyaluronic acid because it will irritate my skin. Sharmaine encouraged me to try another product so I had her send the Face Lifting and Skin Firming Cream. It's a great product! I'm 74 years old and have tried multiple skin creams over the years - this is my favorite!

Probably when I ordered the MyoGlow and Beauty Neck Device, Jefferson led me to believe my order would be a one time order without a subscription. I won't go into the fact that I only received one of the two I had ordered and paid for but it finally was delivered and resolved.
