What people say

Unreliable Refinancing Company

Started a refinance with Newday, I was very punctual with all documentation and was pretty much done 15 days before the 30 day closing date. They waited until the very last day to say there may be a document (old W2) they need. After attempting to give the document the same day, have not received any information and have basically been ghosted by the company.

I'm not a youngster anymore and I've…

I'm not a youngster anymore and I've refinance multiple times as life events dictated. As a veteran from the early 1960s I've never used my VA loan benefit. I called NewDay on a whim just to investigate the possibilities. It's the best call I've ever made. I was contacted by Daniel Grover and I provided some information and Daniel took over from that time. This is without a doubt the easiest cash-out refinance I've ever done. It was a great move for me. Thank You NewDay and Daniel

Ian Russo did an amazing job.

Ian Russo did an amazing job walking us through the streamline process. He was very professional and he explained the entire process to us in every detail that helped us to get our loan quickly to close. We highly recommend Ian to anyone wanting to do business with NewDay USA. We are very happy customers. Thank you.

This company charged exorbitant rates…

This company charged exorbitant rates extolling the virtues of a VA lone then after all the paperwork 1 PAYMENT and they sold it, I had to go through a process ALL OVER again to pay the company they sold it to. ALL the points I had to pay for the VA funding fee to them was absorbed by them. THEY ARE A CLEARING HOUSE for VA LOANS. WHAT A RIPPOFF. I could have gone CONVENTIONAL instead. NEVER AGAIN! Mr LYNCH is getting RICH off "fellow Vets". Do not fall for this if you have other recourse.
