We have set out to reshape the way our culture thinks about diamonds, designing a personal and unique expression for the way we honor that special someone, celebrate our friends, express love or how we acknowledge unique moments. We find inspiration in Mother Nature, all things unique, bold colors, and people like you. We share a common belief that life’s moments should be celebrated, no matter how big or small. We’re not here to tell you how to use a diamond, or when to give a diamond, or tell you how precious a diamond truly is; we’re here with you to create a timeless story. Diamonds for all.

Delivered what was advertised. I haven’t had it confirmed/ tested by another jeweler, but it looks great. It was the perfect 40th birthday gift for my best friend. Worth every penny.

In this economy it is extremely hard to find good value. Every company wants to fetch a high price but rarely do you get value. This place gave me a great value and THE BEST price by far.
We try hard to treat our customers with the same expectation we would want for ourselves, value and price is part of that. Thank you for taking your time to review and shop with us!!! All the best, NWD Team
Your site had a lot of options and great price compared to others! It's nice to know I won't need to take out a loan to get a decent gem. The shipping was also fast and easy.
The best e-commerce site for high quality diamonds and jewelry.
Thank you for being our customer, taking your time out to review us and we are happy to hear your response! All the best, NWD Team
Everything was good except the necklace chain was too short. The item didn’t come with choice of a longer chain so unfortunately I had to return it
I glad to hear we were able to help in this and your wife was able to get the necklace she needed. Thank you for reviewing us... All the best, NWD Team
This company is amazing. Period. I didnt read the fine print (duh), and didnt read about the production time that is 2-4 weeks. I called the number and spoke with a wonderful gal named Anji D. She is amazing and saved my proposal! I have 50 people showing up for this, and without the ring I ordered, good Lord Almighty, I dont know what I would have done. She made some calls, pulled some strings, and that ring, MY FUTURE WIFE'S RING... will be here on Saturday, just in time. I could cry thinking about it. I will be a customer for life and send everyone to you Anji. Thank you SOOOOO much. God Bless.
We love a happy ending. We try our best to help our customers. Glad to hear everything worked out. Anji is awesome!! Thank you. All the best, NWD Team

Tina was great, she knew exactly what I was looking for. It may have only been an earring back, but it was for a precious diamond pair that came from your company. I am very impressed with your service. Thank you

They took 3 weeks to ship the product and then they shipped the wrong product and the customer service is terrible.
We're sorry you had such an experience. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd like to work with you on fixing this.
The product was as promised. It arrived on time. Customer service has been excellent.
We're glad to hear this. If you need anything else, please let us know.
Had some shipping issues on my end and New world diamonds was quick to help me figure it out the ring looks amazing.
One of the most customer oriented company's I have ever delt with. From the ordering to the sh ipping to the follow up, first class service..and thank you anjie
Surface product looks great but the quality of the backs of the earring may as well be aluminum foil. Both were destroyed when removing earrings from packaging. Replacing the back required purchasing again and then returning the “defective” product which has stipulations. I understand why, but way too much effort when all I need is a back that would not crease and bend.
Always a great experience working with New World Diamond, had a last minute request and they were able to accommodate with ease. Thank you for providing a great product year after year.
