Debbie helped me determine the status of my full surrender. She was able to request a STOP PAYMENT on the check and advised there would be a 10 day waiting period before the Direct Deposit. She also checked on tax forms and advised they will be emailed. Debbie was very polite, quick to find the information needed and was able to put a plan for progress together with an explanation easy to understand.
