Debbie & Joanna are the only one that able to help me.
Debbie & Joanna are the only one that gives me a satisfacory service every time they answer me.
they take their time in explaining & looking for the appropriate answers to my questions. others, just so in a rush to answer my questions without thinking & no sense at all. originally my investment was with sunlife insurance, which everything was like a clock work. then taken over by delaware life, which was worst, then by nassau thinking that things will become much better but much worst than delaware. i have 3 buckets investments, the 1st one maturing on 11/09/25, my financial adviser sent all the paperworks to athene insurance co. but somehow there's a problem with form 1035. the transfer did not happened & this particular annuity of $9k was to be renewed per their letter dated 11/08/25. this particular annuity is missing from my investment porforlio. 2nd was an annuity that mature on 4/05/26 in the amount of $117k it takes several weeks of callings by me & my financial adviser to sent the money to nationwide, the problem according to them is the 1035 form...again.
3rd an annuity that mature on 6/22/26 for 87k. they only send 85k to NYlife & deducting 2k per their letter dated 6/18/26 in which nassau process it on 6/15/26. my financial adviser clearly advise NYlife that the 1035 form is for the annuity that mature on 6/22/26. when i called nassau about the 2K the reply was all nonsense to me, anyway, on 7/21/26 nassau mail the 2k to NLlife...after a month !!!
i spoke to debbie today & ask her what i should do to avoid all this problems. she gave me a resonable answer in which i will follow for my next transfer.
I was an assignee with some incorrect info on the bank's records and the bank's address. So, this was a difficult call for someone to field. Julie was great in helping me check the boxes to get to the answers I needed.
I didn't know what to expect being first time dealing with these types of dealings for retirement and needing to complete transactions.
Hali, was very helpful in process and explaining everything very well. Due to her knowledge and skills every step was smooth. Thank you so much. It was truly a good experience.
Sincerely, Violet

My service rep was extremely…enlightening and helpful
My service rep was extremely knowledgeable about my policy and gave me options and negatives in full detail.
I was totally naive to the details of my policy. My sales agent was vague on the details at the point of sale. I would not purchase this annuity if I could do it all over again. Not pleased with the surrender fees .
However thanks to my service representative I was able to make some very crisp decisions to modify my annuity rider . Thanks to her I was able to make a revised plan with less consequences.
Joann was great..45 minutes on the phone. She reviewed all my policies… she was very knowledgeable, friendly patient and caring… please send her home with one month vacation and two months pay… please make sure that she is informed about this message. Thank you very much..
Temiya was very helpful: she explained what I need to do since I was requesting a form take out a sum from my annuity. And in just a few seconds, the form was in my email. That's personalized client service.
