I had an issue connecting my funded account to NinjaTrader, and I reached out for support after struggling with it for a while. The tech support agent Sean H who helped me was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to do a live screen-sharing session with me and patiently walked through everything step by step. Even though I had already gone back and forth via email with my funded futures support team without getting it resolved, he was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. He also noticed that my NinjaTrader version needed an update and took care of installing the correct updated version for me, making sure everything was working properly before ending the session. He was calm, professional, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how patient he was and how he didn't rush the process until everything was fully resolved. Thanks to him, I can finally access my account without any Issues thanks to him he is the best !

The platform is incredibly frustrating. Constantly crashes, connection issues, errors that make no sense and no one has any idea how to fix. Support typically has no idea what's going on. They blame everything on the broker and/or prop firm.

The call to help me was prompt and on time. Cormac did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue and correcting the problem. He then showed me how to make sure I was getting logged into the Rithmic/Ninja correctly for future use. He was also very courteous. I can’t withdraw my money
I can’t withdraw my money. Very easy to fund the account but impossible to withdraw! They keep sending meaningless generic automated responses when asked for a reason, while blocking to withdraw your own money. I have no open positions, nothing settle yet impossible to get the money that exists in my account. Scam! Stay away!!
