Confirmed cancellation, then charged again a month later

Confirmed cancellation, charged again a month later, refund refused I requested cancellation on June 16 and received written confirmation the same day that my request was received and escalated to their "Patient Advocate Team." No further action was described as needed on my end. On July 10, nearly a month later, they charged my card $159.90 anyway. When I disputed it, I got three different explanations in three separate emails. First, that my cancellation was being handled. Then, that I'd failed to click a separate "confirmation link" to finalize it, a step never mentioned in the original confirmation. The email explaining this even got its own dates wrong, claiming the link was sent a day before the email that actually contains it exists. To stop billing a second time, I was required to check a box stating I understood I would not receive a refund, just to complete a routine cancellation. I'm not the only one. A search of this company's BBB and Trustpilot history shows the same pattern repeated across other customers: confirmed cancellations followed by continued billing, and refunds refused on shifting technicalities. If you're considering this service, get everything in writing, take screenshots of every confirmation screen, and review your statement closely after any cancellation. Don't assume a confirmation email means the billing actually stops.

I bought 1 month of trizepatide only

I bought 1 month of trizepatide only , today , they charged me without my consent $399 , for what? I never want a refil nor I signed up for automatic withdrawal! I bought one time a month ago , paid , the medication didn’t work , and now , a month later , they charge me again without my consent or approval, this is theft! They took my money without permission, I didn’t receive anything this month , and the medication that I bought 1 month ago is garbage, placebo! Better return my money, or else!

Call centers you have based in India…

Call centers you have based in India create challenges. The phone connections can be poor. The individuals, though multilingual, can have trouble understanding. They are not very good at conversations that are off script. I had extenuating circumstances and it required two phone calls to find an individual willing to try and get my issue resolved.

Claya failed to send refill order. When…

Claya failed to send refill order. When I called I was routed to a foreign call center. I was on the phone along time, asked unnecessary questions, routed again asked more questions and eventually sent the refill order.I completed the form per usual and sent.It was not received.I was finally forwarded another form which I again completed and it was finally acknowledged by Claya. This was th r first problem I have encountered, after months of no problems.

a terrible company

a terrible company. worked for them for a limited period of time. poor communication. no respect for schedules. chaotic onboarding. sloppy. executives unwilling to help. seems to be run by inexperienced overly tech reliant B school grads flush with too much VC money and not enough commonsense/ humanity.

Open Loop Health - Very poor customer service

I've left several messages asking for a leader to contact me regarding my experience with Open Loop Health. I was told a leader would return my call however to date nobody has reached out to me. My original call was on 12/22/25. I've made several calls since. Now I'm being told they have asked the pharmacy who dispensed the medications to reach out to me instead of someone from Open Loop contacting me. All around poor customer service with this company.
