The main house (Leopoldskron Palace) is privately owned and unfortunately not open to the public, which is why we are unable to include an interior visit on the tour. We understand that this can be disappointing and try to clarify this in advance whenever possible. Regarding the filming locations, it’s true that while many iconic outdoor scenes were filmed in and around Salzburg, a significant portion of the movie was produced in Hollywood studios. We aim to highlight the authentic local sites used in the film while also explaining this historical context, though we regret if any of the information felt confusing. We also appreciate your comments about the timing at the church. We strive to balance the schedule to include all key locations, but we understand that this may sometimes feel rushed. The two guides who accompanied the tours you participated in were both employees of Salzburg Panorama Tours, and this can be verified at any time through our personnel and operational records. Regarding the vehicle used for your tour, we would like to explain that due to the exceptionally high demand for our tours, it is not always possible to operate exclusively with Panorama-branded buses. For this reason, we occasionally use additional vehicles that may not carry our branding. However, the operating company remains Salzburg Panorama Tours at all times, and all tours are conducted under our management, with our guides and according to our quality standards. We regret that the appearance of the vehicle led to the impression that your tour had been subcontracted. However, this was not the case. While the exterior branding of a vehicle may vary, the service, operation, and responsibility for the tour remain entirely with Salzburg Panorama Tours.
