A brief glimpse of Jakarta’s history
The pickup from my hotel was on time. And despite the unexpected heavy traffic congestion we saw everything on the itinerary. I enjoyed this brief look at Jakarta’s history. The walk through the market was fascinating. We we were behind schedule due to traffic. But we saw everything it was not rushed. Ivan, the guide was very knowledgeable and kind. His English was excellent A great way to spend a few hours in Jakarta.

Better off using Klook and forget about the miles
Booking process is cumbersome and platform is not user friendly. Lack of options and difficult to find what you want. Lack of reviews and prices are more expensive than Klook. Reporting issues is a big hassle and customer support is no help at all. Totally waste of time. The quality for the price you pay is totally not worth for the miles earned. Airport transfer I have booked this time was by far the worst I have experienced.

Pelago provided a good, easy to navigate booking service for a transfer from Changi Airport to central Singapore CBD. The driver was polite and shared interesting information about Singapore. His van was clean and tidy.

I book airport transfers to/from hotel during my recent trip to Bangkok. The entire experience is seamless and the pick up and drop off went without a hitch. Timely communications were made with me via email which keep me from being anxious on whether my pickup will be there during my arrival and departure. Thanks.
