Ms Lee our tour guide was wonderful and attentive to our group. She can speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Japanese which is very rare in Japan. She even bought us drinks when we could not purchase from the nearest stall which was already closed at that time with her own money.

Recently communicated through their chat as there is no possibility of contact through phone. Requested to speak to manager but they seem to be afraid to talk to me and insist to only communicate through their chat. Please take note of likely limited service escalation as the staff can only provide standard replies.

Disappointed with Pelago's USJ Express Pass Timed Entry System
I purchased the Universal Studios Japan Express Pass through Pelago because the price was almost the same as Klook. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although I booked almost two months in advance, Pelago assigned me a very late timed entry for Super Nintendo World. At the same time, I could still see much earlier timed entry slots available on Klook. This significantly affected my itinerary and defeated the main reason for paying extra for an Express Pass. The biggest issue is that Pelago does not allow customers to select or even know their timed entry slots before purchase, and this important limitation is only found in the fine print. When you're paying hundreds of dollars for an Express Pass, flexibility and convenience are exactly what you're paying for. If Pelago's pricing is comparable to Klook, I would expect a similar booking experience. Instead, customers are left hoping they receive a suitable time after payment, with no control over one of the most important parts of their visit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a USJ Express Pass through Pelago. Unless you're willing to accept whatever timed entry you are assigned, I would suggest considering other booking platforms that provide greater transparency and allow you to secure an itinerary that suits your plans. Rating: 1/5

Fairly easy to book, but customer service follow-up was slow. Had a clarification about a booking (PG2607721HLX) and reached to Khalistio. By the time I received the reply, it was a week later and we had already returned from our trip!
