I enjoyed my time at the University of…

I enjoyed my time at the University of Phoenix. It allowed me the opportunity to continue to work while pursuing higher education. My Professors were consistent in communication and being vocal about expectations. I have two degrees from them, and would possibly get a third, however they do not offer the doctorate I want to pursue. If you have interest in returning to school, this is a solid option. Just ensure you do all of your research. -GS, MPSYCH C/O 2026

This college program has been an amazing experience. It was very flexible to my needs to be able to work full time but complete my college for bachelors and for my masters. Very friendly employees, ready to help with anything. Very knowledgeable to their duties and tasks.

The experience was phenomenal

The experience was phenomenal. I had assistance when I needed it. I had issues with only one instructor, which was great considering I had more than average. The school was excellent in providing a great educational experience.

Instructors

All of the instructors were really helpful and responsive. This was unexpected after my experience with other Universities. However, one area that is lacking is the academic couselors. This person changed multiple times throughout my program and I reached multiple times and never received responses.

From Associate Degree to MBA Success”

My experience with the University of Phoenix was positive and rewarding. I recently completed my MBA program, and I appreciated the flexibility of the online classes, which allowed me to balance my education with my personal responsibilities. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback on assignments. The course materials were organized, and I found the learning platform easy to navigate. I especially appreciated being able to work at my own pace while still meeting weekly deadlines. Earning my MBA was an important personal achievement, and I am proud to have completed the program. The University of Phoenix provided me with the opportunity to continue my education and reach my academic goals. I would recommend the University of Phoenix to working adults and anyone looking for a flexible way to earn a degree while managing other responsibilities.

Constantly asking me to verify my identity, withholding funds. It’s always something. Every 6 weeks it’s something more that’s needed that’s previously been provided. This has been ongoing for nearly a year!

Highly recommend

I had read mixed reviews about the University of Phoenix before starting, so I was honestly unsure at first. But my experience has been really positive. The program was organized, intentional, and much more useful than I expected. What stood out most was how applicable the coursework was to my everyday work. I was able to connect what I was learning to leadership, communication, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and creating change in healthcare. I do think this program is what you make of it. If you take the time to engage with the material and put in the effort, there is a lot of value in it. Overall, I am glad I did not let the negative reviews decide for me. I had a great experience with the University of Phoenix and would highly recommend it.

Satisfied MBA graduate

The flexibility to be able to complete assignments on time but at my pace was my greatest experience. Additionally, the tools that I learned will be of good use in my personal and professional careers.

I’ve been at University of Phoenix for…

I’ve been at University of Phoenix for two years as far as the classes go as good as far as when it comes to your financial aid if he goes there, do not expect your financial aid to be there when it’s supposed to. It’s already weird that they distributed it after every class instead of like normal colleges do first second they have their money but now they’re saying there is a system down our system reboot or something is always going wrong. People depend on that money when you say you’re gonna disperse it you need to you don’t give it to us when you say you’re going to get your paycheck when you’re supposed to people depend on that money to live on that’s what it’s for on here. We are people are waiting weeks two weeks and still haven’t received their money like they were supposed to. This is a problem and from the research I’ve done is not the first time.

I’m former student of the university of Phoenix. I will not recommend it at all. I’m pretty sure there are other universities that are much better than this university. Not all the professors are responsible and professional. Don’t do it. Find another university.
